Introduction to Lighting

Understand lighting to create better renders

Light is, along with materials, one of the pillars to create realistic renderings. Understanding this element means you can create high-quality renderings that help you close business opportunities.

Understanding how light is calculated is a fundamental prerequisite. pCon.planner uses a powerful next-generation Path Tracing rendering engine, featuring a powerful and realistic global lighting algorithm. We'll cover the different light types and explore their behavior - including High Dynamic Range Image (HDRI) lights that allows the blending of the indoor and outdoor environments, thus achieving a high level of realism.

We will give you advice on the best process to learn and explore the different available light types. We'll then cover other themes, such as the denoiser filter that uses Artificial Intelligence Deep Learning algorithms to significantly increase the image creation speed.
